This cider is made on our site from 100% organic cider apples from organic orchards less than 40km from the distillery. It is ideal aperitif, cocktail base or accompaniment to your meals.
Colour : pale gold, bright
Nose : fresh tart apples with an elegant bitterness
Palate : fine effervescence, fruity apple and citrus notes
Finish : sweet, tart and slightly bitter
As an aperitif : chilled or as a cocktail base.
